Free cancellation up to 7 days before the session
You can cancel your sessions free of charge up to 7 days before your session. First, log in to your customer account on our booking platform. Then go to the "My bookings" tab and cancel your session by clicking on the red "Cancel" button. Your voucher will again be available for booking from your customer account.
Cancellation up to 36 hours before the session with the FLEXI-Booking option
We recommend that you choose the FLEXI booking option when you purchase your session. This option is available on all our products and can be used up to 2 times per booking. It allows you to cancel or modify your booking up to 36 hours before your session.
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the session are subject to a cancellation fee of CHF 80.-
Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted.
