Free cancellation up to 7 days before the session

You can cancel your sessions free of charge up to 7 days before your session. To do so, log in to your customer account on our booking platform. Once logged in, go to the “My bookings” tab and cancel your session by clicking the red “Cancel” button. Your voucher will then be available again for booking from your customer account.

Cancellation up to 36 hours before the session with the FLEXI-Booking option

We recommend choosing the FLEXI-Booking option when purchasing your session. It is available for all our products and can be used up to 2 times per booking. This option allows you to cancel or modify your reservation up to 36 hours before your session.

Please note that cancellations outside of these timeframes are not accepted!

Cancellation up to 24 hours before the session with a cancellation fee of CHF 80.-

Beyond 24 hours, no cancellations are accepted.

In case of illness or accident:

Please send us a medical certificate within 7 days after your session. A voucher will be credited back to your account.
