In order for us to be able to cancel your surfing session(s), we invite you to send us, by e-mail, a medical certificate justifying your injury/accident/etc.

Without a medical certificate, your booking will remain in our reservation system.

Once we have received the medical certificate, we will be able to cancel your booking and you will be able to reuse your voucher to book for a future date.

We remain at your disposal for any further information and look forward to seeing you back in top form very soon!
