If you have lost something, you can contact the reception. We store everything that is lost in our entire infrastructure, including the Surf School and the restaurant. You can come to the desk or notify us by e-mail at email@example.com or by telephone. We will then check whether we have been able to recover it.
If not, we will fill in a form for your loss. Please give us as much information as possible about the item you have lost. We will also need your name, contact details and the time and place when you visited us. If we find the item later, we can contact you to return it.
Once found, you can collect it directly from our reception desk. If this is not possible, we can send it to you by post. However, we will charge you for the shipping costs which you must pay before sending.
