Yes, if you come to Alaïa Bay to surf, you are safe because there is a system that monitors surfers in and out of the water. Three lifeguards monitor the pool around the clock. They are there to ensure your safety so that you can make the most of your session.

In the event of an accident, our team is trained in first aid and we liaise with local institutes when it comes to the most serious aftercare cases.

A liability waiver must be signed before you can enter the surf area. It is available online or at the bay reception.

During lessons, the ratio is one instructor to a maximum of eight students.

Before each session, you will be briefed on the safety rules by the surf guides. They will also explain what you need to do if you need help in the water. Please listen to the instructions carefully.
