1. Three types of booking:
You can book directly on our website on the following links

You will be able to select your type of Camp per week in Ride Only (without accommodation) and add our accommodation option afterwards by clicking on "Proceed to Checkout". On the same page, you will find all our options, such as the option of the 2nd child (from the same family) to which we apply a discount of 50.- in Ride Only and 100.- in Ride&Sleep. If you have more than 2 children in your family, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can draw up your customised invoice.
After validation of your basket, you can pay the total amount directly by credit/debit card or by Twint. If you prefer to pay only a part of the amount, you can also write to us for the creation of your invoice.
Purchase by invoice
As mentioned above, if you have more than 2 children, or if you wish to pay in several times, please write to us at email@example.com. We will create your invoice on your customer account (if you already have one on our Alaïa Chalet reservation system or we will also create your customer account for you at the same time).
With the invoice we will send you by email, you will have the possibility to pay by payment slip, by Twint or directly at the Alaïa Chalet cash desk in Lens.
If you wish to book directly with Alaïa Chalet, our receptionists will be happy to welcome you to book your camp.
If you wish to meet the Camps team in person to advise you better, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment during the week (according to availability) and create your invoice to pay at the reception of Alaïa Chalet.
At the reception of Alaïa Chalet, you can pay by credit/debit card, Twint, Cash or Crans Montana Prepaid Card.
2. Booking confirmation
Once your payment has been made (or first payment), you will receive our confirmation email with our Check-in form in which you can fill in all the information about your child, as well as the level of his/her coaching discipline or if your child wishes to share his/her room with a friend.
Our form is validated by clicking on "Submit" and is automatically sent to our email address.
To finalise your booking, we need your completed form at least two weeks before your camp, but the sooner the better.
Last step of the booking process, 15 days before your camp, we will send you the final preparations by email with the meeting points for Sunday evening around 5pm (or Monday morning around 8.30am) and Saturday lunch. With our different contacts, you will also find the following items:

- Camper's Charter: List of rules of conduct that your child will be asked to respect
- Europ Assistance Guide: Terms and conditions of our insurance included in all our camp packages.
